• ·1 black tourmaline (small enough to carry)
• ·a black candle
• ·a small pouch or your pocket

the working

1. Ihold the stone in both hands. Breathe slowly for a minute, letting your hands warm it.
2. IIlight the black candle.
3. IIIpass the stone through the candle's smoke (not the flame) three times.
4. IVspeak the incantation.
5. Vcarry the stone with you daily — pocket, bag, or on a cord around the neck.
6. VIcleanse it monthly by running it under cool water and letting it dry in moonlight.
