she wants you to have what you paid for. if something went wrong, write to hello@thevesperine.app with the email on your account and the date of purchase, and she'll set it right.
the honest part about crypto
paid seats settle on-chain through NowPayments. once a crypto payment is confirmed, the transaction itself cannot be reversed by us — there is no chargeback button. so refunds, where granted, are sent back to you as a separate transfer at the usd value paid, minus any network fees.
when we refund
we will make it right if: (a) you were charged but your seat never unlocked and we can't fix the access within a few days; (b) you were charged twice for the same seat; or (c) you bought a recurring seat (monthly/yearly) and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, having used little or none of the paid features.
the sigil
the sigil is a one-time lifetime seat, limited to five hundred. because claiming it permanently removes a seat from the five hundred, sigil purchases are refundable only within 7 days and only if the seat has not been actively used. after that it is yours — forever, as promised.
what isn't refundable
we can't refund a recurring period that's already been substantially used, or a purchase where the request comes long after the fact. since monthly/yearly seats do not auto-renew on crypto, you're never charged again by surprise — there's nothing to cancel; you simply don't buy the next period.
how to ask
email hello@thevesperine.app from your account email with “refund” in the subject and the payment id from your receipt. she replies within a day or two and processes approved refunds within 14 days.
